Delivery Information

We partner with The Courier Guy to make sure your KORVA gear gets to you safely and quickly.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery usually takes 3-6 business days, depending on your location.

Please note:

  • Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays
  • You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched
  • Whether you're in the city, the dorp, or out on the plaas, we’ll get your KORVA drinkware on its way.

Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your KORVA gear.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in its original packaging

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
